Rep Power: 0 | Lotion sales for employees I am a manager for a chain of salons and we have been having a difficult time getting the employees to sell lotion. We offer them commission, I educate them on all new releases and they have information readily accessible for further education. When they are trainined they are educated on how to properly sell the product and why it is beneficial to use the lotion. But I still cannot get them to sell. I have one employee and myself that sell the majority of the lotion for 3 salons, but it should be more. Can you please help me on what you do to get the employees to SELL SELL SELL. Thank you. |

We also do commission and sales goals for smaller incentives. I Honestly hate doing it though, I agree with Brandy if you dont' sell you don't work and if you continue to sell then you get to keep your job, thats the best prize. |
