Help with Electrical/Heating-Cooling Pricing

Hi Folks... I'm hoping somebody can help me out... I am performing an appraisal for a young couple in my area who have purchased a tanning salon, and along with the beds and other equipment, they need to have a price for the electrical and heating/cooling upgrades in the store, in order to count it against a business improvement loan they are seeking... Because we do not usually appraise non-removeable items from businesses, I am at a little bit of a loss trying to understand what is involved in the upgrading for a salon. Perhaps some of you could give me a ballpark cost to upgrade electrical service from 125 to 200 amp service, with wiring and installation for 6-8 tanning beds (all more than 40 bulbs) and installation of a T-Max System... The heating/cooling is a 6.5 ton roof mounted gas fired combo, with an additional 6 ton cooling unit, and appropriate venting for a commercial location approx. 1500 sq ft in size... Thanks in advance for any input, I have some preliminary numbers but I would prefer to hear from professionals in the business who have actually had to deal with this... Lawrence

Re: Help with Electrical/Heating-Cooling Pricing

first off 200 amps is not enough for 6-8 40 lamp beds. youll need atleast 400.
