It's been over a year she comes in demanding a refund of 218.00 dollars. You the manager tell her you can extend the package another 30 days to use. She demands a full refund. After screaming at you says well just give it to my friend. Why should you give it to her friend. She has driven you krazy at this point saying. In the lobby of the salon it states all sales are final and all packages expire in one year.

First off, this person is nuts. Second you have a policy. EVEN YOU are not above the store policy BUT you would be willing to give her a "DEAL" when she signs back up.
