Anyone have any suggestions on July specials. We are heading out of busy season and We need to get creative in keeping them coming in. June's big seller was buy one monthly get one 50% off. We have kept pretty steady due to the weather not being to great. Free tan from the sun.... keep the clouds coming!!!

You just ran a special in June make them pay full price now. Run a lotion sale then.

We are still running our buy 3 months get 1 free and it has been really popular. Most of the clients buying this package don't usually tan past July but they say "FREE" and couldn't pass it up. We get better response when the promotion has "FREE" in it than Half Off or some other discount. Just my 2 cents.

i'm not gonna lower my prices next month - just because people wont buy what they dont want and right now they are getting it for free outside so the ones who still want to come inside to get their tan will still pay full price regardless.

What she said ^^^ I'm doing lotion specials. Also a 1 week "bring-a-friend" special, friend gets a free tan. (and I get a new client)

I am running a Red, White or Tan special - Free lotion with the purchase of one month. And will be running a tan for the rest of the year special as well. The latter is a limited time offer and will be in conjuction with the purchase of a $40 or more bottle of lotion.

Having just bought my salon a few months ago and being in a small town, I am working hard at recovering the reputation and fighting against a bigger salon group. So I am trying anything this year to bring in the clients, any other ideas are most welcome!!!!!!
