Rep Power: 19 | Re: Release Forms When I was in a college town I asked at the beginning of every school year. Now that I'm not in a college town I don't see the point. I guess it just depends on the rate of people moving in and out of your area. |

Rep Power: 20 | Re: Release Forms Our insurance requires that we do it every year they are a client... sometimes people huff and puff about having to sign again but it takes only 2 seconds.... When they sign the release we just ask if their information is up to date... simple enough |

Rep Power: 130 | Re: Release Forms The thing I thought about thought about was that at a doctors office they usually make you sign a new form if you havn't been in for a while. I was thinking that it would be good because of maybe changes in perscriptions |
