Rep Power: 23 | Payroll companies Does anyone out there use a company to process their weekly/biweekly payroll? I was just wondering how much they charge you. How many employees do you have? And what do they charge to process your 941's, and state quarterlys? |

Rep Power: 107 | Re: Payroll companies Seems impractical if you are only dealing with a few employees. My accountant handles ours, and I did it myself prior to using the accountant on a month to month basis. |

Rep Power: 107 | Re: Payroll companies Doing payroll is easy. Your accountant should be able to help you through once and give you the correct percentages to deduct. Takes like 5 minutes to figure out one employee's check. Now, if I had more employee's, I would probably hire the job out. |

Rep Power: 107 | Re: Payroll companies Yes, tropicgirl, I only pay $25 per quarter for all of my quarterly paperwork to get done. I love my accountant! :) I turn in all the time sheets for the employee's and also my sales reports for each quarter and a day or two later the accountant has all my papers dropped off to me here at the salon. All forms are filled out with amounts owed and have mail or deposit by dates clearly marked.....couldn't get much easier for me. |
