Rep Power: 0 | HELIOS HOW THEIFT PROOF HI, I HAVE HELIOS8 (I KNOW A LITTLE BEHIND THE TIME,BUT IF NOT BROKEN WHY FIX IT) THINKING OF UPGRADING. ANYWAY. I NOTICED WITHIN THE LAST 1YR 1.2 SALES HAVE DROPPED. SAME EMPLOYEE'S. I DO MANAGEMENT REPORTS AND SEE NOTHING. ANY IDEAS ON HOW TO TRACK THEIFT ON THIS SOFTWARE THANKS |

My first recommendation would be to uprade to the current version. Also just FYI sales have been not so great for everyone nationwide the past couple of years so you may or may not have an employee issue.

If so, maybe you could put a little sign that says "If you aren't given a receipt, then your purchase is free" or change the security codes on your T-Max so they can't send time without going through Helios. You could even put a little security camera (even if it doesn't actually work) overlooking your registered. |

Make you you set your employees "options" so that they do not have access to inventory, Master edit or sales codes of course. Operating your remote timers thru Helios is a good idea, and another reason you should check for and question all deleted or voided transactions. |

But like I tell them you may out smart me at first but I WILL catch on. Trust me other employees love to tell on the other ones. Just keep a good professional relationship with them and they will tell if you do not catch them first. |
