Rep Power: 130 | The "know It All" How do you guys handle the clients that come in, there brand new, and white. They want to go for 20 min. in your basic bed which has recently been relampled. She wants to go with a tingler. Do you let them go???? We had one yesterday with one of the girls and she"insisted" but signed a release saying she would adopt a moderate tanning schedule and listen to the advice given by the staff. |

Rep Power: 20 | Re: The "know It All" We make the customers sign the "over exposure" form basically stating that they want to go in longer than the employee thinks they should. If they burnt and come back in, I would not let them tan. I would not like them to walk around town burnt and telling eveyone where they got burnt from. I would ask them to take a day off and come back in the next day. |

Rep Power: 46 | Re: The "know It All" we tell all clients up front no full sessions on their first visit! now of course their are exceptions(judgement call). we then say better safe than sorry. ive even told the PUSHY cleints i would rather give you 1 more visit free than burn you with a full session! also we tell them they should take the next day off untill they had 3 sessions. most clients follow our "suggestions" it seems if the "suggestion" turns into a "RULE" they automatically dont like it the sugestion shows you care the rule seems like ******** in my area anyways.........good luck
