Re: salon software co. ripped us off!

Understandably, you're angry about the software not working. WHAT is the program doing or not doing?

Re: salon software co. ripped us off!

I dont know about this software. A double in sales - shows what new management or ownership can do. I dont know about in this software but in helios the package must be set up right. I plug in 30 sessions without plugging in the days allowed and i get 30 visits. Did you read software info and do you understand it. Dont take that as i shot. I cant make hide nor hair out of the user/help screens in helios. I have figured it all out by trial and error - and advice on here.

Get your money back - become a pain in someones *** - if you have the time and patience. I can usually only go after someone for about a week then i lose interest. They are probably hoping you will too.

Re: salon software co. ripped us off!

Okay, I just reread the post...the old software wasn't catching the expiration dates AND you're having problems with the new software which is Salon Touch? What was the old one? Maybe something with the settings was off in the first one.

Re: salon software co. ripped us off!

Isn't Salon Touch a Hair Salon program? Are we talking about SunTouch?
