Rep Power: 143 | Good luck. That part of Suntouch is the biggest pain in my ars! I have been doing mine one by one for almost a year! I update them each week. Just keep track of the highest client number you put in last so you are able to take over the following week. Sorry I don't have better news for ya. I would LOVE and easier way!! |

I've been thinking about writing a simple FREE program to handle this for TSOs with this problem. It's not going to be a BIG thing, just something "Based" on what I've already done. One of the issues I'm dealing with is that SubTouch doesn't have a real demo so I can study its file structure. I can ready do Helios, TanTrack, and others based on their demos. If you can help me with SunTouch I may be able to help you. If you interested, let me know and i'll PM you my Phone #. (10 minture phone VS. ??? minutes in PMs). Tom |

Rep Power: 20 | Just open the sun.mdb file with MS Access, create a new query, add the customer table to the new query and add the email address field from the customer table to the query grid. Run query. You might think about taking a couple of MS Access classes during the slow season from your local PC training center. Suntouch is written in MS Access and it is quite easy to extract info from it. That said, I'm still struggling with exporting sales data to QB. |
