Rep Power: 113 | How long do you keep clients in your database? We used to never delete anyone....but now I'm trying to mail out Christmas cards/coupons by hand and I am wishing I had a smaller database... |

Rep Power: 30 | You can also go in Word and type the addresses on labels so you can save the file and always have it available. And from there you can add new clients. This way you will not be having to do this each time you want to do a mailer because they will be saved on your computer. It will also save your hand the trouble from writing all the addresses!! |

Rep Power: 113 | I think handwriting addresses is more personal. And I know about pulling smaller date range...but this still includes clients from out of state who tanned once or twice - do you delete those... And I'd like to still send to older clients who haven't been in in a few years...but not to apartment 20-something's who probably moved out 2 years ago. So does this mean you guys don't delete anyone from your database?? That was my actual question in the first place |

Rep Power: 0 | You don't delte anyone from your database that is their history if you ever have to go back to it for one reason or another. You send every client in your database a card and I don't suggest doing them hand written it looks more professional to have labels or have the people who do your post cards ink jet them. |

Rep Power: 113 | According to Ohio State Board of Cosmotology....I only have to keep record for 1 year following their last exposure. I understand looking professional but I also understand professional usually equals JUNK MAIL. I ALWAYS look at something that is hand-addressed to me, it catches my attention. If my name and address is ink-jetted....it goes in the "look at it later" pile...which usually ends up in the trash at the end of the week before I even look at it. |
