Anyone ever have this problem with customer urinating in trash cans? or does this only happen in my town? I'm not sure how to stop this disgusting behavior. By the time I find that it had happened 3 or 4 customers have used the same room, so I don't like to blame anyone. Nor, do I like to post signs because it may run off good,clean customers. Any other ideas?

We have had it happen here before too. It sucks, cause like you said, if you post something in the rooms you may run of good customers. Makes you just want to beat the crap out of em, huh? We just make sure that we empty the trash after each and every customer. That way, if it happens again, I'll be sure who it is.

We have had this happen to us so many times and we know who is doing it so now we just hand her bathroom key before she tans.

Take the trash cans OUT of the ROOM! We have ours outside the room and its never happened to us yet. They are right outside the room door.

Thanks for starting this post! I thought, I was alone with this problem! Last 6 months it happened twice... we could not detected who did it…we narrowed to few people but can’t point it… Even if we find out who did it – what should we say to this person?
Ban from the business?… Any suggesting?
I just wondering, how on the earth someone could do such a disgusting thing!

That hasn't happened to us....yet...I am waiting. We do have this one guy though that is prone to doing you know what in the beds. Ewwwwwwwwwwww

i've had people urinate inside my booths and in the corner of the tanning room! There is one problem, once you find who the culprits are, in my opinion, there's no easy way to confront them.

USE MESH TRASH CANS. I remember years ago i was tanning at a salon, got undressed and......man did i have to go. It was embarrasing , but i went to the front desk and asked them to reset in a couple of minutes. Was that all that difficult ? Animals!
