Demographics can only take you so far. I would capture the following information: Marital status Date of birth Type of work Educational level Activities they enjoy How they heard of the salon What promotion attracted them Email address The above information can be very useful in targeting new clients, notifying them of birthdays, and getting a better overall understanding of the dominant behavioral traits of your clients. As you increase the number of clients you will be able to draw inferences from this data and this is extremely important in developing the right rapport and how best to communicate to them in future promotions. |
