How Are We Doing For The First 7 Weeks?

We Have 59 Clients With Either 100+ Point Packages Or Vip Year Memberships Aprox 1/2 And 1/2. Have Been Open 7 Weeks And Did Not Start Advertising Till Aprox Week 3!

Make sure that you capture as much information as possible from clients. It is best to do this at the start of a new salon. Demographics can only take you so far. I would capture the following information:

Marital status
Date of birth
Type of work
Educational level
Activities they enjoy
How they heard of the salon
What promotion attracted them
Email address

The above information can be very useful in targeting new clients, notifying them of birthdays, and getting a better overall understanding of the dominant behavioral traits of your clients. As you increase the number of clients you will be able to draw inferences from this data and this is extremely important in developing the right rapport and how best to communicate to them in future promotions.

Sounds good, but that can be deceiving, new places sometimes have immediate interest because they are new, do it right and you will keep those newbies, best wishes........ :)

We just opened our 4th location within the 3 week mark we already had over 226 new clients in that store alone !!! a month went by we've topped over 400 new clients already ;)

sunbdz... of those 400 clients how many bought a package... and were you doing first session free or any other grand opening promos.
