Spanish Speaking Clients - tanTALK

Anyone have any clients with a language barrier. I have a new client who barely speaks any hint of english and my spanish is all geared toward the medical industry, I am at a loss how to appropriatly serve and inform this client.

all of the time... DC is the melting pot of the world. I get EVERYONE! I just do the point thing... I also have a ton of students from Galluadet University the deaf university... Lots of post its. I do love them though!

I have a few but, they are kind enough to bring their translator with them!
If not, I would probably try the point thing too.

Seattle is a melting pot as well...I have just about every demographic that tans that exists in society.
Most will knock themselves out trying to speak English...
I have only 1 Korean lady that speaks very little English, and I know enough Korean to get by...

We hired someone that speaks Polish for this reason NO JOKE.

My Korean is minimal at best...from Karate classes.

If i went to live in another country (lets say canada) i would learn the language. I dont think it is on us to learn - it would be helpful. I have walked two of our deaf clients through our spray tanner - kinda was fun. Least they are really spekaing english though.

What kind of software does neon use to translate here on this site - is it expensive?

They speak English in Canda some parts also French.
