Rep Power: 0 | Our air conditioning went out last night. I guess it has been 99 degrees in here all day. I give all my tanners the choice of tanning or having a free visit at the end of their package. I dont know what else I can do. It was supposed to have been fixed about 4 hours ago and the guy has not got here yet. Wish us luck : ) |

Rep Power: 22 | Switch guys. The company i use is very good about coming as soon as i call. If they are booked up they will ask me how bad it is (we have 9 units) can it wait and hour or two or until tomorrow. I think it is also better to use a service company rather than a guy that works for himself. The company we use considers use very good customers - we pay our bill on time. Amazing what doing the right thing will get you. Good luck though. You do know running your beds at that temp is not good for them or the lamps? |

Rep Power: 21 | Yeah I agree that temp is not good for the beds or the customers for that matter. I would post a sign on the door that explains the problem and add a day to all your monthly members for the inconvinence of shutting down that day. Good luck hope you get it fixed soon. |

Rep Power: 29 | Good luck with the switch. I has a guy complete HALF of a job (to finish in the fall) well, I couldn't get a hold of him. I called 5 other places and ALL of their responses were "what happened to the other guy?" Everyone is gunna think you stiffed the last company. I wanted to HANG someone. Took 6 months for it to get finished. |
