The t-max is wired into the electrical circuit -- can't "unplug" it.

You have one t-max just for the spray?

we have the airbrush system in one room. there is a t3a in that room recessed and wired into the electrical just like in every other room and hooked up to the t-max manager at the front of the salon. difference is, in the airbrush room, all the electricity in the room routes through the t3a. you can't even turn on a lamp that is plugged into the wall if you don't send time through helios to the room and then hit the blue button on the t3a in the room. for a tech to spray someone off the books, she would have to drag the cal tan custom bronzer out of the room, into the hallway or into another room and spray them there. i have good staff. i'm not worried that they'll steal as much as it's easy to forget to adjust the customer account.

Every heard of an extension lead???? But guys these are all gonna cost money, how many free tans are we talking and how much does that actually cost you(we are talking about just the lotion and electric)
just as long as the freebies don't go out of control. I have a friend who owns a smoothie bar and he knows they give stuff to their friends when he's not there but as long as they don't get greedy he just accepts it as a cost.

Adjust the customer account - i have good employees. You can say it - it wont make you look bad. I think they may steal from me. I think i would have to see the set up to understand it.

I have great employees but trust no one totally. Do i think they steal - no. Do i think they are beyond stealing - no. Alot of time stealing comes from neccissity (cant spell). It may be a new drug habit, new expense they didnt see coming, expense coming up they do see - etc etc etc. This is where i think most people fall - i need to steal for a reason. Then you have the others - the ones who steal beacause they are greedy or just like to see if they can get by with it. These are the people that steal gum while paying for $20 in gas. These are the people that make millions but cook the books to keep investors happy. These are the poeple that put your retirement in thier pocket beacause they think no one is looking. These are the bad people you must not have.

Exeuc sounds like you have the employees in the first group - as do most of us.
