Rep Power: 0 | I have this guy that I sprayed tan about a month ago and he wanted to spray tan nude and i just about freaked out..Well he hasn't been in since the 1st week in January and he kept making appts. but I would either re-schedule them b/c girls weren't there to do it or he just would not show up. Well he wanted to get air brushed monday, and his appt was at 3pm and he called at 315 and asked if his was appt. was at 3 or 4 and i said 3. He kept asking for me, but I pretended I was one of the other girls b/c he freaks me out. I asked him if he still wanted to come in at 4 and he said yes, but NEVER showed and we called him at like 5 and said we could re-schedule for wednesday. Well he called on tuesday and talked to one of my other girls and he asked if I was there and if i would be doing it and the girls told him no, b/c I had did have the day off. Well today at 4pm he was NOT there and never showed and never called to cancel. This is about the 4th or 5th time he has not shown up. Should I let this freaky guy come back or not? |

Rep Power: 0 | I wouldnt spray him again, he souds like a perv - let him pre pay for any future visit & book him with someone else - too bad you dont have a male employee . . . let him make the appointement under the assumption he is getting you & then . . . "oh, sorry Lauren is under the weather BUT Mike woudl be happy to do your spray . ."! |

Rep Power: 0 | What I want to know is this: If he freaks you out that bad, why call him back? If your business is not struggling then you can afford to lose one freaky customer. If someone makes you or your employees feel THAT uncomfortable, then you need to decide whether its worth it to continue to service a client that #1. is creepy & #2 is unreliable. You could use that schedule time for a good client. Although I do agree with the no show fee, do like 15% of the session cost. Tell him that the employees work off commission and lost a spot because of the "no call - no show" chances are he will hear that and wont want to pay it, and seeing as how he cant schedule again until its paid.. he wont return.. problem solved. |

Rep Power: 24 | Lauren, start the $5 no show fee ASAP, this usually will help with the no shows, secondly he seems to have a thing for you which could be a little scary, I say next time he calls tell him that it will be $5 fee if he fails to keep his appointment and that it thoroughs off all the other appointments !! |
