Rep Power: 22 | No managers, all employees can open, close and run daily operations. We give them the responsabilities needed to run the salon without someone looking over their sholder, and as long as they manage their time to clean, sell and handle the customers we only need to acknowlege the great job they are doing. |

Rep Power: 22 | I manage a 31 unit salon and before that 18 units. Boss has several different businesses. He pretty much leaves me alone but i do check with him on major purchases. I take all financial things to a accountant he uses here in town. |
