Rep Power: 0 | I agree with Tanu01...you always want to be known as the salon that is always open. If you can't because of sales and size of your tanning salon then you need to figure out how to make it easy for your customers....It should never be a thought to your tanners.... CUSTOMER: when are they open? Let me figure out..their summer hours....when are they open? I need to schedule my day around when my tanning salons is open... This will not work...it will work if you are the only salon in your city...but being known as the salon who has flex time hours...you are opening yourself to competition. |

Rep Power: 20 | DW, I have found one of the top complaints from people coming to us from other salons is hours. You're absolutely right, people should not have to sit down and figure out our hours. One salon down the road from us has different hours Th(10-8), Fri(10-7), Sat (10-6), AND Sun (12-6)...then they have to remember M-W is 9-8. What a pain. And it screws a lot of people over with the 24hr rule!! Keep it simple...that's why we're 7-11 no matter the day! |
