Rep Power: 21 | Has anyone done the direct mail advertising where your business is in with a bunch of others...I think they are called American Town Shopper, or something? If so what kind of a response did you get & what kind of coupons did you offer? Also what did it cost you? Thanks for any help, I am looking into doing one. |

Rep Power: 21 | Maybe I'm not doing it right but everything I pull up from search is on direct mailouts from the salon itself...I found 1 post about this & about 3 people responded in 2002. I was just hoping that someone who has done it before could say if it was a success or not. |

Rep Power: 24 | It depends on why you are advertising. I signed up for a "ValPak" which is one of many. I am tied into a 6 month deal...It cost $350 every 2 months...I've gotten 4 responses from the mailer...I've gotten more responses from taping them to my store windows and letting people tear them off. Save your money! Mine your Database! I wished I had that money back so many times! |
