Rep Power: 0 | I'm so excited.....Bought salon in June last year so have not seen what real business is. My daughter had to actually stay an hour over tonight to get everyone tanned. Guess it's time to go back to later hours. Time to make some money! Yippie!!! New bulbs are in place.....have a good feeling. I'm soooo happy! |

Rep Power: 22 | When say stayed an extra hour - does that mean you kept letting people in after close or you had a wait. If you kept letting them in after close the will continue to expect until you have a problem with it. If it was a wait then that is great. I look forward to this time every year - by the end of April I will be tired of it though. We also expect this year to be busier than we have had before. Sunkiss do your abs ever hurt after cleaning during busy season - mine will be sore for the month of Febuary. |

I close at 8pm and have been here till after 10 cleaning. Who cares? People are already trampING about TOO MUCH WORK and we haven't even started yet. Jeezus. |

Rep Power: 20 | Wow...you all must have some really understanding clients if they're willing to wait an hour past closing to tan. Well, really understanding, or really obsessed with getting color. People out here are so spoiled with us having 50beds that they get antsy when they have to wait 5min for a bed. And I have to agree with Bob...close when the sign on the door says you close because they will start expecting it everytime. |

Rep Power: 0 | No actual waiting, just walk ins. I will never say no to a customer that walks in. Not until I turn that key in the door and I'm on the pavement with lights out. But if they did catch me on the other side of my door I would make sure I would get them in the next day with some sweet talk, a free tan maybe and the mention that we just changed our bulbs. Part of my shops charm is that we are a family owned business. Nobody but family sits behind my desk. People like meeting the daughter, husband and exspecially my mom and dad. I had a customer last week bring my mom a gift when they went on vaca. This customers name is Elvis Presley. He is an everyday tanner so has gooten to know all of us quite well. And yes he is an Elvis impersonator.Thought about putting a sign in my window "Elvis Tans Here" Customers are amazed when they see him on our sign in sheet. |
