Rep Power: 23 | Monthly meetings - A tool for you to use. 1. Pay your commissions on a monthly basis - at your meeting. Make a big deal out of the best. 2.Breifly go over your salon regs. 3. Let your people to speak their opinions. 4. Go over any mishaps there may have been during the previose month. 5. Ask your people if there are any customers that they think should be given a little extra attenion. 6. Always have a little lotion seminar to improve sales. Bob |

Rep Power: 0 | We do about that often. We have it on Saturday mornings, before opening. We only meet for 30-60 minutes, but they get paid for 2 hours due to California state law. We worked at Home Depot and they got sued for making us come in for staff meetings. Since we got a settlement, we learned the state law and apply it in our business. It's also incentive to show. We tried mandatory, but there's always one. That's the one you know is likely on their way out the door... |
