What issues are you having? We just did the same thing and I have been working through the new features or bugs (depending on how you look at it). We are still having one problem that I can't seem to figure out... which is the 'dirty' indicator on the 'activity' screen. It only works for one of my 7 beds and I can't for the life of me figure it out.

Maybe we can help each other?

My problems are with the appointment screen. The blocks to make an appointments are too small. The availability screeen is not accurate. I liked how SunTouch had the appointments, very easy to read. I do not like the fact that now we cannot print out appointments. When I call tech support, I get "no you can't do that", and "this is the way the program is", or maybe in the future. I don't like that the appointment screen that times are on the left and soooo small that when you are at a unit on the right you don't know what time you are clicking on. The times too, we have 3 different units, 2 of them are scheduled every 1/2 hour. The other is scheduled every 20 minutes, our time slots have to be every 10 minutes. This gets very confusing for associates. I know that it may seem rather easy but tell that to an employee. I think for the amount of money that we spent for the software, it should have come with the manual. When we got Suntouch we got the manual. Why should we have to print it out! For your problem that I believe is under Setup and and the rooms. If you got under each unit you can set the dirty bed. I know that in the Options that it too is an option. Did you print out the manual? I am at home now, I have the manual with the girls at the salon. If you didn't print it out I can read that section for you and help.
I think my problem really is that we have been using SUnTouch since they brought it on the market, and now they tell us that we had to switch because they are no longer working on that program snd doing upgrades. Why stop something that worked well.

You can print out appointments - you can use the "zoom" button to change the appointment blocks (5 min, 10 min, 15, 30 etc) -
I'm still working on Suntouch but I have also worked with Salon touch - although I liked the simplicity of Suntouch, you will find that you can do so much more with Salon touch once you get the hang of it. Plus the reporting capabilities are great. If you want to build a good database for mailings etc in the future, Salon touch is amazing. And the security is great too. You can monitor EVERYTHING your employees are doing and can limit their access.

When we print out appointments it just gives us the list of what appointments we have for the day. It does not print out a "Appointment Book" type like Suntouch does. As for the zoom button, I find that the cells for the appointments are too small. I like all the other features, I feel however the appointment screen if it was like Suntouch screen would be much better. How did you schedule appointments with the screen? Did you make out print out's? or Did you use a regular appointment book? When I called Tech Support they told me to get an appointment book. I asked why did I spend this money then! I am just frustrated, I find Suntouch much easier.

We worked directly from the appointment screen - we basically eliminated the need for any paper to be used during the shift, and then just print out the reports at the end.
