Pretty much on the money, and dont forget to add that you need to become your own Electrician or specialist so dealing with them doesnt drive you crazy Bottom line it's a lot of work, people think it's a 1-2-3 thing, than you set it up and go home for the day. My phone rings from 8am-Midnight everyday of my life, but Im a glutten for punishment so I continue to plan on growth |

Be your own General Contractor and pay the contract workers only after the job is complete, or at each level of inspection. I took care of all the plans,materials,permits,C.O. They just needed to do the build out. Good Luck! |

Rep Power: 0 | Your Welcome. If you need to do a plan try quicken online. Easy program and they have a mini plan developer as well. If you need forms for inventory or form employee applications, etc, then go to microsoft office templetes for free down loads. Just download and make changes to fit your buisness needs. Here in Texas, we can not have carpet in the tanning rooms, so we stained the concrete. There is a salon showroom picture in The Sun magezine, they have a dual color pattern for a faux finsh "Marble Look" looks top notch to me. Take care Tricia |
