Rep Power: 0 | I have two customers who are very loyal. They are married and know all of my girls on a first name basis, even my new ones. The come in everyday and since they both work different shifts they hardly ever get to come in together. Mrs. Tanner usually comes in earlier than Mr. Tanner, I'm not sure how they do it, if she calls him and tells him who is working, but if there is a girl who is there when she comes in and then there when he comes in they always order us lunch and have it delivered. They always purchase a sample, we went together and purchsed them each a bottle of their favorite lotion in thanks for being so nice. After recieving their lotions Mr. Tanner calls and asks what kind of wine we all like, we have the wine and jazz festival coming up and some of us don't get to go...they are going to buy us each a bottle of our favorite wine! I love knowing that there are people who come to my salon that feel at home while they are there. It's a change from wanting something for nothing all the time, they give us more then they ask for. |

Rep Power: 24 | I have an older couple that come in weekly. Last year for Christmas, they brought us two big boxes of oranges. They send us postcards while they are gone in the winter months. They always bring the brighter side when they come in. |

Rep Power: 21 | Isn't it nice to have such appreciative just wonderful clients like that. Even the smallest gestures that they do make you feel that everything will be okay. (Considering most of us is stressing out about tomorrow to keep the salon going). I have a couple that comes in that are so nice. Everytime the Mrs comes in she always brings me a bag of candy. It's those little things that makes my day. Thank goodness for good people. There is hope yet! |

Rep Power: 0 | It's all about the nice people, part of my main reason for opening a salon was that most of the clients are nice, where in most retail business or service industry most customers can be complete.......... |
