Rep Power: 21 | During my next staff meeting I was thinking about doing an employee evaluation. However not from me from their peers. Have a set of questions that each employee answers confidentialy that only I can see. I cannot be in the salon 24;7 so seeing what their peers think about their work ethic I want to know. Any comments in regards to this would be great!!! |

Rep Power: 0 | Your directives will become blurred. Self evaluations are usefull for individuals that have a great deal of skill in objective reasoning. Rather than evaluating, why not motivating?. Which leads to; do you include yourself in these evaluations, and do evaluations have a true measureable function within the larger plan. |
