Packettes or Cups? - tanTALK

We do both as samples in our salon, but what is used most by you. It seems like we make so much more $ off of the cups, but it is hard to keep inventory on them, and them customers seem to buy the packettes more often because the cute pkging.

Cups with no lids. Then they can only be used once.

I mean packets can be used twice and cups with lids can be used twice. I give you a cup with no lid and you have to buy another one next time. One time use. People get tired of this very quickly. That gets them to purchase the bottle faster.

I know what you mean about cups w/ no lids and we tried this once, but when we were really busy my girls didn't have time to fill the cups and the no lids complaints were through thr roof. it seemed like it was more trouble than it was worth.
Another question.... do you supply empty cups for sharing lotion if they ask?

I do both because of my private label lotion and also the designer skin 32oz. specials. But really I like the packettes cause they are so hassle free!
