Rep Power: 22 | We do limit our clients time in our beds. IF you educate your clients they will be less likely to go someplace else. I have been named the tanning nazi in my area. But the clients keep coming in. We educate on the very first visit, you will be amazed at the clients who will look at you when you tell them the correct way to tan, why to use tanning lotion, to only use salon sold moisturizers and why, and to exfoliate once a month. WHy you limit there time, and more, you clients will understand and they will send in their friends. |

Rep Power: 21 | We also educate all of our clients, and for the most part no complaints, our clients appreciate our knowledge. We have only had a couple clients come in and insist on going for more time. Just one this afternoon. Her first tramp was, why wasn't she informed when she bought her membership that we didn't take appointments. I told her we had signs in each tanning room and in the vanity room and one taped on the monitor facing the client that states we do not take appointments. I asked her when the last time she had tanned, she said it had been at least three months. I was going to set her up for (8) minutes in a base bed, she had a fit, I can do (20) minutes, no problem, I don't burn she said. I told her I NEVER put anyone in for a full (20) on a first visit. She wanted me to refund her money, I told her, I will, gladly. I then tried to explain about our equipment and our lamps were new and were barely broke in. We finally both agreed to start out at (10) minutes. I told her after doing the (10) if she felt like she could do more, I would put her in again. After the (10) she came out and somewhat apologized, she did get a little red. Don't think I will have a problem with her anymore. By the way she was over 50 years old. I will not let anyone intimidate me. If they don't like it, go elsewhere and tan, I don't want their business. Come to find out she had been tanning at a local hair salon. And years ago I had tanned there myself, (24) 100w lamps that are rarely ever changed. |
