Rep Power: 0 | It's not very costly at all: www.legalforms.com It's $18 and you can make copies of it, save it to your hard drive and move forward from there, in both of my business's I make my employee's sign such agreements, it gives them a little reminder about keeping their mouth shut, especially Mgmt level empployee's. |

Rep Power: 20 | Re: Confidentially Agreement i have got myself in a jam and am hoping you can help...My mothers cancer returned and I kept meaning to have her sign some agreements/manuals and whatever is needed for TEXAS for contract labor help. i had high hopes for my last one and she walked out halloween night and we owe her a check. Can I just get her to meet me at a notary (have to be notarized?)and then give her her last ck after she signs it she likes to talk and have already heard she has been talking badly about the salon, me etc...PLEASE HELP...will the sample one on here work will i run into problems trying to get her to sign it prior to giving her the last ck. Only been with me 1-2 months. Sad... I had high hopes for her but she likes to gossip and am concerned about no telling what she will be talking about out there..but don't I also have some safety if I can prove she is doing it?
