Rep Power: 0 | It is the time of year to start getting more girls in and I HATE to interview because you never know what you are getting. This year I am going to try something new, I am going to do a group interview. I will bring in 4 or 5 girls and interview them all at one time. I what to see how well they act around the other girls. I will also bring something in with me on the interview and have them try to sell that item to me. I feel if they can't sell the item when it is just me and the other girls how are they going to try to sell something in front of a packed salon. This job is a sales and I want someone who is really outgoing and don't care to talk to people. Let me know if you think this something I should do!! |

Rep Power: 23 | I wish I would have used the trial sales pitch when hiring past employees, it is like pulling teeth to get some of my girls to sell lotion...most of the time they just make excuses about why they are not asking them and it really frustrates me...I think I will have my current employees do this regardless and tell them I just want them ready for the upcoming season...Great idea Stephanie, please let us know how it works for you...I am going to have the one girl that works for me tonight do this when she comes in!!! HA..she will not see it coming |
