Rep Power: 0 | When someone buys a package whats your policy on the experation date of them. If someone buys 10 visits they have until December 31 of that year to use them. They cant care over to the next year. |

Rep Power: 22 | All of our session packages are good for 90 days, anything over that I feel you are losing your customer. You want them to keep coming in. I am in a military town, so if they are in the military and they get deployed or go in the field we will hold the package open for x amount of dayz when they return. |

Rep Power: 21 | I only sell a 4 session (14 day pkg), 30 day pkg, and offer minute packages with no expiration dates. Do you all think I should put expiration on minute packages say 1 yr. If no use than expires? I only offer 120 mins., 150 mins, 250 mins. I have (5)15min beds, (1)10min HP VHR bed. What's your input? |

Rep Power: 0 | Until now I did not have an expiration date on my packages, but I think I will do the one year from date of purchase, I think that is the best thing to do. We will give that a shot and see how it goes. I guess I should put a a sign up that states this new policy. Can I or should I go back on packages that have already been purchased>??????? |
