Rep Power: 22 | I agree with commission, give credit where credit is deserved. Our commission plan is limited to the busy season. I change it up from time to time it maybe a percentage or a dollar amount of each bottle sold. If it has been an extremely crazy day and I have not given any incentive bonuses I will give them a kick back. I will purchase gift certificates from the local nail salon and restaurants as a bonus for a good sales week. |

Rep Power: 107 | Commissions for higher lotions sales could lead to annoying high pressure sales techniques that may irritate your clients. Make your salon a comfortable employee friendly salon and your employees will be happier and more enthusiastic which includes selling lotions and whatever else you have to offer the public. |
