Rep Power: 22 | I do not run a sales boiler room, however if the sales are good of course I give a little extra. If there are certain items that we need to move then there is the incentive of a few dollars a bottle for everyone one sold. Nothing high pressure about that |

Rep Power: 0 | I have 4 girls and a few of them are in school and cant compete w/ the girls that are here more, so every month we have different goals that are are set, for example whoever sells the most lotion in Nov. wins a prize. it works well and everyone gets a chance to win a prize, which could be a free bottle of a lotion of thier choice or a gift certificate to a local nail salon or restraunt. |

Rep Power: 107 | I'm not sure that any incentive for more pay is worth annoying and losing clients! High pressure sales may work in other settings, but as far as I am concerned indoor tanning is a personal business in which clients do not/will not appreciate continual high pressure sales pitches. Make your pitch, perhaps when they first arrive, then give it up until they mention they are not tanning anymore. I know when I walk into a store and a saleman is constantly on my *** I get really peeed off! |

Rep Power: 0 | we pay lotion bonus and it has pushed are lotion to 27% of sales the thing you need to remember if your not taking them to a lotion training class your missing the boat example we sold 151 bottles of sexy tan last year and our girls went to four different lotion training's. if your clients aren't using lotion then your not educating them on tanning and you will loses them to the cheaper tanning salon. |

Rep Power: 107 | May work in your environment, but not in mine. Again, EDUCATE a new client when they come in for the fiorst time, but don't harp on them everytime they walk in. they could be there to relax and not appreciate the daily sales pitch. |
