Rep Power: 21 | Our base beds are 10 sessions for $35 (during the season) and to upgrade to our Sundash 40 lamp bed we charge 1 session and an additional $4, to upgrade to our Cyber-dome is 1 session and $7. If someone has a package of sundash tans (10 for $65) to upgrade to the Dome is 1 session and $3. |

Rep Power: 0 | We charge from our base bed 32/w 3 facials to upgrade to our Extreme 40w/7facials $6.00 more. For the Mega V 42 I charge $7.00 upgrade. This seems to work out well here. People don't complain. What are your thoughts? |

Rep Power: 0 | Thanks for your input. I currently charge $6 a single session in the base beds. To upgrade, we charge $3. I thought this was fair. But after reviewing my actual per session revenue, I'm not sure I am charging enough. The Session Revenue Breakdown i am looking at is sales divided by sessions = actual charge per session. The "actual charge per session" is coming out to be around the same as on the base beds, and sometimes less. I do not have very many clients that actually purchase a package in the upgrade. They would rather pay the $3 each time. I understand that there are several other factors that I am not applying to the formula. Just was wondering how everyone else figures out if they are actually charging enough money. Or if the base beds are actually paying for the upgrade. Any input would be appreciated. |

Rep Power: 22 | Why would they be willing to pay $3 each time, but NOT buy the upgrade package in the 1st place?? Either the package price is too high, or your upgrade price is too low. Price one or both of them, to direct the sales where you want them to go. |

Rep Power: 0 | bsmart, that is what i am trying to figure out. My current pricing is 120 minutes for $62 or a single session for $9 for the upgrade bed. My base bed packages are 100 minutes for $28, 200 min for $50, 1 month - $55, with an upgrade fee of $3. I raised the up charge from $2.75. I have at the most 15 clients who purchase packages in the upgrade bed, not including the 2 I have on my Membership program for the upgrade. Any suggestions other than giving it away? My current special is 120 Min for $55. Only been on sale for 3 days to Email clients only. Have not sold 1. |

Rep Power: 24 | I think minutes are a deal killer, I'm not selling minutes but rather a service that provides a Tan.I am going to try points. I sell sessions 1,5 & 10.for each unit in the salon, but have just finished figuring out a point system, so that the points are good in any unit, never expire and this opens up the salon to everyone. One month unlimited 65.00 can tan in any unit in the salon. Im not going to sell sessions in my entry level beds, I need those beds for my EFT's. single session prices suncapsule or hex-$15 kern 42/4 -$17 classic legs-$10 kern 32/3 $12 Then we have 3 eft programs ranging in price from $20 to $50 a month for 12 mo. or 4 equal payments.... |
