Hi again!

Okay first, an update on the rash: It is totally gone! It took a while, I know but it has completely cleared up. So far, it hasn't resurfaced either.

Now for my question...

Last time I went tanning, I tanned for 20 minutes in the low level beds (Super 1 or something?). This is about as long as I think I want my sessions to get. Anyway, usually I am SWEATING when I get out of the bed if I get in it just after someone else has (after it is cleaned, of course). This time, I think I was the first person to use it in a while so it had a chance to cool down. I was not hot at all, and in fact was almost cold. So was my tan still effective? I mean, I suppose it is a silly question to all you experts, but I wanted to make sure that the bed was working properly. It didn't get hot at all compared to what I usually feel.

Thanks!

Lamps perform best when cool. Heat doesn't tan you it is the UV rays that get you results. I have had to battle this myth for sometime now. It is finally sinking in to a select few. We have always been taught that the hotter the bed the better the tan.. THIS IS FALSE! Enjoy a cool enviorment while you tan.

I'd rather have it hot than ice cold when I first lay down in it!
