I just had my first stand up experience. I hated it. I got so hot, I had to get out of the bed and sit on the floor. I got really hot and felt like I was going to pass out, and was all shaky for a while afterward. I think I got overheated. Should I avoid standups? Is this a common complaint?

Thanks!

we have a client who just can't go in the stand up she passes out b/c of a medical or physical condition so that might be the reason or the bed is just too hot to begin with. When i go in our stand up the powertower9000 i leave the fan off for 13 our of the 15 mins w/ a high tingle lotion and i love the heat. Others can't stand it. Could be the fans are too weak also. Just thought i'd drop another take on it...

Yep, wrong kind of standup. Some of those wanna be units are WAY undercooled! NOT the Suncapsule. Go try one out, you'll be pleasantly surprised at how intense the session is, but how COOL it is too.

This is a good thing for all of us to be aware of. We had a client come out of the bed and when she went to leave she fell on the floor, passed out. My employee noticed something wrong when she came out so she followed her and broke her fall. We called 911. Some people are sensitive to heat and will pass out.

We've told all employees to watch out for people who just don't look right or act right when they are leaving. We don't want someone to get in a car and have an accident.
