Rep Power: 24 | All states are regulated by the fda.anyone altering or changing lamps or times that are printed on the bed and in the manual that are not a compliant replacement is in noncompliance and breaking the federal laws.Just because someone doesn't come by and check doesn't mean you can do what you want. Call your insurance co. and see if they will cover you if someone gets burned if the lamps are not compatable. |

Rep Power: 22 | Correction.... which States are self-regulated. Yes all equipment falls under the Federal regulations and must meet their specifications review. Which States are being visited by a State Regulator to ensure proper daily operations?? |
