Rep Power: 22 | What kind of Spring Training are you doing with your Staff before the 'busy season' hits?? I've got a few things planned that I'll be doing soon, but I want to hear what others have in mind. I've also got some NEW employees to bring 'up to speed' between now and February. That will be fun, I'm sure. |

Rep Power: 25 | January 12th I am having my 1st of monthly training/ salon meetings that we have throughout season. I will try to make a written agenda of policies and procedures to be touched upon along with some information on all of the products that we will be selling in 2003. |
