I have an older model Luxura, 160watt canopy 100 bottom with 3 400 watt facials. I use Cosmolux lamps in it and It ROCKS with color.

What lamps are you using? Is the electrical correct?

Anat,

Are you really all the way over in Israel? Wow.

I was going to poke some fun at the spelling, but I won't if you are writing from half way around the world.

Do they have UV meters over there? If so, get one and put 2 new lamps in side by side. Now check them vs the original ones to see difference in UV output. Change all the lamps if they are 25-30% below the new ones.

If lamps aren't aged, have an electrician check power supply, ballasts, etc.
