But I'm not sure which time zone I'm in! LOL

Pat and I figure that if our marriage survived a week of me driving on the "wrong" side of the narrow roads "over there" and circumnavigating those demonic "roundabouts" (certainly designed by the devil himself), we will survive as a couple (she was the navigator).

As for me, I'm glad I don't have to hear her warn me (Center! Center! - Curb! Curb!) to get in the middle of the road and avoid the curb anymore.

Lots and lots of exciting things to tell you kiddies about later.

Roundabouts almost did me in on a scooter in Bermuda, that and left hand driving, still bear the scars from trying to think backwards...FAST. I lost.

Hey, while there, did you notice that the Brits seems to love those monster beds with 50 lamps and more, sometimes much more.

What do you make of that? Why so many tubes over there, some of those machines make the Tanses "Deer Cookers" look right at home?

oh but English cooking has its virtues....

Yorkshire puddings, shepard's pie, fish and chips, mmmmmmmmm, and I could positively kill for a glass of Ribena.

I was there for a year and it took me about 6 months to warm up to the food. I almost went postal one day when I had a craving for macaroni and cheese and they didn't know what I was talking about...
