Rep Power: 0 | A lot of my clients ask about the best way to get new clients. I tell them about twelve different ways to do it. One of the best and least expensive is "pass out cards " not to be confused with referral cards.Pass out cards are easy to do. Take your new client special along with a map of your location and print them on a business card size. These can be done very cheaply at any printer. Then have everyone you know start passing them out. Have the people who work for you pass them out and pay them $1 for each one that comes back. You will be surprized how well this works. Here are some new client specials. 3 tans for a $1, 3 tans for $3, 4 tans for $4, 3 tans for $9, one week free tanning. Some salons want these specials to expire in one week. That way they should get a good start on a tan and you have a good opportunity to sell them a package. But the most important thing is that now you have them on your mailing list. |

Rep Power: 28 | This is a great idea that I have never seen before. I would want to limit the cards to a one time per person though. I guess you would have to set up a code in the software to flag this special deal so they could not abuse it if they got their hands on more than one card deal. Thanks Steve |

Rep Power: 0 | Mitzi, All softwares should be able to limit it to one use only. Whats nice about this card is you put new clients only on it, then their done. They can never come back again for your new client special. You just have to make sure that on any ads or coupons for new clients you say "new clients only". |

There are several software programs available, such as Helios, Suntouch, Sunease, and Solarsoft. Check out Andy's Computer Forum and also do a search. They all have their quirks I suppose, but for now we are using Helios. Welcome to Tantalk! |
