Rep Power: 25 | Does anyone have a set number of hours of training before an employee is left on there own??? I normally have them train for about 6 shifts, each 4-6 hours. Most of them get it in that time and others just don't have a clue yet. How do you determine when an employee is ready to be alone. I can't always be there to make sure they have all of the skills down. I think their trainers are afraid to say that someone is not ready for fear that I'll think they are not capable of training. |
