Rep Power: 25 | I have spent the past few evenings doing some retraining. I guess I have known it all along but I also refreshed my own memory. When a client asks a question such as "what lotion works good?" or "what lotion do you use?" you have a sale they are just waiting for you to tell them which one to buy. |

Rep Power: 0 | Just to back you up...I was asked this question about 20 minutes ago. I explained that I am currently using Hippie Chick as it has rice milk which helps to prevent breakouts, and that I use SunRecover (as a UV Repair lotion)and Undercover angel after all my showers to rehydrate my skin. She bought all three . It is actually true though, that is what I am currently using. |

Rep Power: 0 | I alway tell them I use the most expensive tingle we carry. Then, of course I inform them of the fact that you should never use tingle on your face and I have also sold a bottle of face tanner or a regular accelerator or bronzer. |

Rep Power: 19 | I could not agree more!! I had a new client walk in a couple of weeks ago and the girl that works my front desk was helping her. The lady asked her about the tanning lotions and which ones work better and her response was, "well they all do different things." Um...... Ya it was time for new training. I was livid. The lady did buy a lotion, but she bought one of the cheapest ones that we have when we could have sold her something that was alot better for her!! So, I am still retraining her as to what to say when people ask those types of questions. But, the one thing that I notice is that people will ask you your opinion on the lotions and most of the time, they will buy what I recommend. Then you have those people that say, don't you have something for 15 bucks?? Cheapos!! Tif |

Rep Power: 30 | Always recommend your most expensive first, that way, if they do not want to spend that much, you can go down from there. Never under-estimate what your customer wants to spend. If you start with a lower end lotion, there is no going up from there and they will probably buy it because you recommended it. |
