Rep Power: 24 | Raindrops on roses, whiskars on kittens.... No, really. Clients who say "I love your tan, tell me what you do to stay so tan." And then start shopping according to what I tell them I use. Hearing the words, "I want to use these Viewkeepers right, would you show me how to put them on?" "Keep the change." "Your salon is so clean. I have never been to a salon where it smelled like this." "Laurie, I've decided to give you a raise." (that was said after I already had it for a month) "Do whatever you think is right." (salon owner) "Just hand me the lotion you recommend and I'll buy it." (that has happened more than twice!) "I've never been here before" and before they leave, they've bought a month's tanning, a bottle of lotion and have the tanning 101 and their first appointment scheduled!! "I don't mind waiting. I come early because I like being here." "There's going to be a wait? Can I pay to upgrade?" (very rarely will someone say that and sound po'd) |

Rep Power: 23 | oh that upgrading customer thing.... that's totally me. I was going nuts in April and May when the salon was jammed with prom teenyboppers. I would march in and pay to use the most expensive bed just so I wouldn't have to wait 30 minutes. I must have dropped $500 on upgrades just in those 2 months. |
