Rep Power: 23  | I think I may have read once that Mitzi keeps a journal pertaining to her salon. The weather, how many new cust., what worked best and why, ect. I think this is an excellent idea. I have noticed that it may get cold and rainy, then the first warm day after the cold front I tend to get a lot of new customers. I guess that people decide to wear shorts and then notice how white their legs are! Better get in a tanning bed! |

Rep Power: 28  | Yes I sure do! It comes in real handy from month to month, year to year. I got a cheap monthly planner. I record the sales for each day, # of tanners, time of first and last appt. promos that I might be running that day or week and the weather report. It only takes a few seconds of my time and really is a great tool to look back on. |
