Rep Power: 23 tangirl will become famous soon enough
In January we had a customer write a bad check. When she was informed of the situation, she was told that she would have to pay for the amount of the check and a $25 NSF fee for her account to be reopened. She threw a fit. She did not understand why she had to pay the $25 fee, even when she was told that our bank charges us, therefore we must charge you. She paid the amount of the check, not including the $25 fee, and stomped out.

Well, guess who is back. At least she is paying cash this time.

Rep Power: 23 Tamar will become famous soon enough
Chris is asking if we are demanding the $25 NSF fee from the past...and the answer is no. I was working when this freakoid came back and was too shocked to even think about it. My intent, I think, when she returned was to try to turn a bad situation around, that has been my "customer service specialty" for years. In my previous life, I kept the a-holes out of my supervisor's office. If she becomes a loyal customer, then my job is done. If not, she goes forever (I can find ways to make that happen too). Some customers are worth "salvaging", some are not.
