FYI:

I received an e-mail from one of the idiots "over there" informing me that I am the "biggest dork of them all" and I want to publicly say that I consider this to be a tremendous compliment.

Dork = Nerd = Someone devoted to intellectual or academic pursuits rather than frivilous pursuits.

Thus, being called a "dork" by the "frivilous" and "irrelvevant to anything of importance to the indoor tanning industry" folks "over there" should be considered to be a compliment rather than a childish insult.

For instance, for the past week WE "dorks" have been discussing the changes to the Canadian regulations and working to help our friends "up north" in their time of need. Has there been ONE WORD about this crisis "over there" yet. NO! NOT ONE WORD! Why not? Because, IMHO, they are too busy telling the lotion companies how to run their businesses! (As if they had a clue!)

So, as for me, I am darn proud to be called a "dork" and honored to be considered "the biggest dork of them all" by the cretins "over there" in "We Are Not Relevant" land.

They're dilusional!

Here's what "Master Spammer Drew" (their resident source of technical MISINFORMATION) said "over there" recently. "They post on Tan Talk cause Tan Talk has such limited information for salon owners" and that is the biggest "hoot" I've had recently.

Get REAL, doofus! Tanning salon owners who want facts instead of fiction know where to go (and it isn't "over there").

Don

PS: Have you had one year's experience 12 times? I ask this serious question because it isn't plausible (given some of the technical "advice"??? you have given to unsuspecting "newbies") that you REALLY have had 12 years experience in the indoor tanning industry.

I didn't post it "over there" because I didn't and that's all I'm going to say about that !!

STOP THIS bullcrap SCHOOLYARD STUFF OVER HERE AND OVER THERE CRAP.

This is more like watching TV. This channel has some interesting programs, that channel has some interesting programs.

I personally am better suited to the adversarial approach cuz I love confrontational dialogue that gets the juices flowing.

I'm here practicing my "civilized" side and seeking a broader base of people to have a dialogue with.

My "loyalties" have now been questioned but honestly...I DON'T GIVE A RATS *** CARE TO THIS bullcrap LOYALTY ISSUE. My loyalties are to the tanning industry and if the people in charge of the two sites are too stupid to just carry on business as usual and not lambaste each other, well that's their problem... NO ONE ELSE SHOULD GIVE A SH*T EITHER WAY !!!

Mori:

Think of me as the "Ariel Sharron" of the indoor tanning industry websites. Pick on me or one of my internet friends and I will get right in your face. I don't suffer either fools or bullies easily.

On the other hand, there are a lot of people here at www.tantalk.com who believe that they can have "peace and harmony" with the folks "over there" and who knows who is right. Time will tell.

In the meantime, I am willing to "debate" any of the "great minds" over there on any technical subject at any time. They know where I am!

AW Don, I told you to drop the eye for an eye routine because you don't really know the concept.

An eye for an eye is Jewish law to LIMIT the punishment to ONLY AN EYE FOR AN EYE.
(1) If I poke out your eye... killing me is NOT an appropriate punishment

(2)Even the worth of the eye must be determined because an eye is worth so much more to a one eyed person than one with two eyes. The eye of a sculptor is worth more than the eye of a farmer (not the exact quote, but you know what I mean).

The concept is a limiting factor but like so much of Jewish religion and laws, MIS-interpretations led the other religions that fell off from Judaism into the wrong directions.

Like the word for young woman and the word for virgin. The Torah clearly states that the Messiah (messenger, not god) will come of a young woman... IF they had meant virgin, they would have said virgin, using the word for virgin.

WOW a whole religion, the destruction of so many peoples and civilizations, all the hatred JUST BECAUSE OF MIS-INTERPRETATIONS.

And then to add insult to injury the number of times that laws were set that deviated even further from the original because of misinterpreting the misinterpretations..

Remember that if he did exist, he said "think not that I come to change the law for not one letter of the law can ever be changed". Look at "your" laws today and compare them to Jewish law and you will see how far off course you fell.

BUT spirituality will keep you... religion will destroy you.

If I need to TT, I'll just go over...oh, never mind.

Hey Mori, great post. I love religous history. Have you read The Harlot by the Side of the Road by Jonathan Kirsch, or The History of the Devil by Gerald Messadie'? If you haven't, check em out.
