Instead of writing them in automatically... I ask "Would you like to try the Superbed today or the stand-up VHR?" I do this only if the time slot they are requesting has them (one or the other) available.
When I get a call for our entry level stand-up, I do the same thing... or if their time slot is full, instead of telling them we are booked for that time, I offer the upgrade FIRST!! I also let them know at the time of purchase for packages what our upgrade are, the prices and the benefits of both the units.
I've literally been able to double the usage of both of our upgrade units by doing this. |
