Rep Power: 24 | It's shift change-over, 5:00 pm, drive time, the after work rush... whatever you want to call it and we're packed. A tanner comes in who looks like he had his hand up the rear end of a car all day long! At what point is it alright to say "Wash your hands"? I mean... is it okay to insist that a client wash their hands? This is expensive equipment, albiet it's not mine... but I treat it as if it were. I'm NOT the boss... but if I had been, I would have smiled sweetly and shown the gentlemen the restroom first. I'm going to make a point to ask the owner today and I'll report back. |

Rep Power: 28 | LOL Laurie, I thought this was gonna be a paranoid thread about germs! Yes, people will not care about the equipment. What peees me off most is that they use the side of the bed to put their foot on while they tie their shoes..... Dang it, use the stool I have in the room! |

Rep Power: 23 | The muddy feet is what bugs me. I told our client Mike in a scolding tone but with a little bit of a smile if you don't take your boots off outside you are gonna be on your hands and knees wipin up this mess instead of me. I have seen a client with greasy hands and said in a shocked way and a laugh Holy Cow what did you get into? I just tell them you better go straight to the restroom and wash before you get that on anything in here. Or you'll be on my list! hehehe |

Rep Power: 23 | We have a policy of telling customers to take care of things like this. If they act offended, we always blame it on one another. Greasy hands customer: "Holy cow. What did you get into? Please wash your hands so you don't get anything on the equipment." If they complain. "Sorry. Tamar would kill me if anything happened to the equipment. That woman walks around here with a microscope." |

Rep Power: 24 | Oh I love that tangirl!!! You know, we used to do that years ago. When we were on the phone if someone didn't like what we were saying we would say "Would you like to speak with my supervisor?" Then the person we were working with (same level and position) would get on the phone and handle the situation. Man... that always worked!! |

Rep Power: 23 | All of our customers know that we are both sticklers for cleanliness. So, this works well. I know that Tamar blames a ton of stuff on me. I get people coming in all the time saying "Oh, you must be the mean one." I just nod and say "yes." |
