Rep Power: 23 | I am seriously considering starting one of these in my salon. I can just print cards on the perforated business cards. I was thinking something along the lines of buy a certain # of lotions and get a % off the last one. Has anyone ever done anything like this? If so, did it help increase lotion sales for you? |

Rep Power: 23 | This is a neat idea and was thinking of having one for myself. The business cards is a nice way to do it and giving a percentage off would be neat like maybe 40% or maybe a selection from that free sample box... Rep Power: 23 | This is a great idea! We have a card that is available for single session users, it's a buy 10 tans get 1 free deal. They get the card stamped each time they pay full price for a single session. Customers love it! Stacey |

Rep Power: 28 | I would offer buy X bottles of lotion and recieve a free bottle of avg. the X number Like, buy 1 @ 20.00, 2 @ 30.00, 1 @ 50.00 and let them have one that retails at 32.50 free. I belong to a couple of clubs like this, the car wash, and bra club. Rep Power: 23 | We have a card that we punch everytime the customer spends $20. After they get 10 punches they can get a bottle of lotion at 40% off retail. They like it and it keeps them in my salon spending money to get their bottle at the discount. |

Rep Power: 24 | Oh oh oh... that is such an awesome idea!!! Do you mind if I mention that to my salon owner tomorrow? I used to go to a bath and body place that had a "Preferred Client" card and it was punched for every $10 you spent... had ten punch spots on it. You had only a certain number of months... they wrote the expiration date on it. Anyway at the end, I got like 50% off a certain dollar amount over and above that. I'm sure they made out like bandits on the deal, but I was a true sucker for it and I loved it. Why? Because I loved shopping there and at the time my (then) husband frowned on my shopping and this was the perfect excuse. "Honey, I had to buy this in order to save money!" Rep Power: 0 | We do something similar with nails but never thought about it for tanning. We have a heavy plastic card key ring (slightly larger than business card) with our name & address info. Across the top and bottom are numbers 1 - 10 FREE. Underneath it says get 10 fills or manicures get 11th FREE. We punch them EACH time they get nails done. We don't necessarily remind them. It is their responsibility to keep track-not ours. I know we have kept a lot of nail customers because of it. We always fuss and act like we are mad when it is their FREE day but they know if they bring chocolate we calm down. |

Rep Power: 23 | Thanks guys for all of the wonderful ideas. I have the cards in my hands, I'm just trying to figure out exactly what I want to print on them. I like the idea of an expiration date. That means they have to buy more sooner. |
